Thank you. And Good Night.
After providing ARCnet as a free service since 1996, and after a lot of thought, it is time for ARCnet to go off-line.
While I have very much appreciated the contact with the numerous Aboriginal business and organizations in Canada, and taken pride in being a small part in their promotion, and supporting them in this manner, the time has come to move on to other things.
ARCnet was one of the first online locations to promote Canadian Aboriginal business, and it has been a thrill to see the Internet evolve and grow and see other sites that provide a similar service – imitation, they say, is the sincerest form of flattery. It’s time to pass the torch to others. Which is not to say, that one day, ARCnet may be back online. Just not now.
With a recent move to another city, a new job, plus family commitments, my time available to dedicate to ARCnet has been greatly reduced. So, if I can’t manage the site with the time it requires to do it right ... well, you know.
Thank you for your support, interest and contact. I wish you and your business or organization, the best of success.
