Waseskun Network As part of the Waseskun House umbrella, the Waseskun Network promotes the objectives of working with Aboriginal offenders and the communities they will return to. This includes the establishment of a healing & development centre in the Eastern Townships tied to an alternative/restorative justice strategy that focuses on the need to heal offenders, both male and female, and not on punishment or other less effective measures.
